Personal training

My approach to personal training/sports injury treatment is to work closely with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals through holistic exercise/health plans and motivational support. My focus is on:

  • Assessment: conducting an initial fitness assessment to determine clients' current fitness levels, health status, goals, and any limitations or special considerations.
  • Goal setting: working with clients to establish realistic and achievable fitness goals based on their individual needs, preferences, and timetable.
  • Program design: creating personalised training programmes tailored to clients' goals and fitness levels, as well as their specific needs. This often involves selecting appropriate exercises, determining sets and repetitions, and adjusting the programme as necessary over time.
  • Motivation and support: providing ongoing encouragement to help clients stay focused, motivated, and accountable throughout their fitness journey.

Sport injury sessions

These are focussed on endurance and functional capacity following an injury or surgery, in order to facilitate a safe return to daily activities and sport. This will typically involve a multidisciplinary approach and other specialized interventions tailored to the individual's specific injury. The duration and intensity of rehabilitation can vary depending on a variety of factors. But consistency and adherence to the rehabilitation plan are essential for optimal results.

Online training

One-to-one online training using Microsoft team, Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp, or any other method that suits you. I create a personalised training programme that suits your goals in the comfort of your home, office, and parks anywhere in the world.
